GEAR Berlin is a concept and a way of thinking, which has enabled the Berlin based brand to separate from the mainstream and really be a true innovator and purveyor of fetish.
In January 2017 the team embarked on the development of their first London based store in Shoreditch London and GEAR London opened in August of the same year.
I worked with Urbanus Bau, a Berlin based Project Management team as the London Project Lead and initial Retail Manager.
To deliver a high end concept retail store fit for the future and that challenged peoples perception of gay lifestyle shopping in London.
The result is this beautiful 200 m2 retail space featuring some of the top fetish and sportswear brands to be found in London.
