Leading a team of 8 multi-talented / cross-functional people such as: Social media manager, Content strategists, Paid media specialists, Lead managers, UX specialist, Creatives, Web product manager and CRM manager and 3 external agencies, part of our MKT ecosystem. ► Establish and develop the ongoing company digital growth strategy ► Plan and develop the Digital Strategies in Spain. ► Analysis of growth opportunities on digital channels in Spain in the Telecommunications industry ► Developed the full official web redesign to improve UX, gross sales and revenue ► Implemented lead management, automation and flows to improve sales ► Digital marketing campaigns and investment analysis. ► Launched key projects as: MGM friends referral and crowd-sourced project to bring Fiber internet to some Spain cities. ► Budget and P&L management responsibility. ► Multichannel Marketing/Digital Coordinator. ► Work closely with Marketing to increase awareness, brand reputation and content consistency across channels.
