Photos from the first Dinner for One Hundred. Devised with a friend from university. We took advantage of a cheap one-week leasing of a disused warehouse in Hackney. Put our initiatives together to create a pop-up restaurant serving 200 people split between two nights. Worked with architects to design and create Japanese folding screens to give all guests an intimate dining experience. Effective promotion enabled us to sell out all the tickets. Efficient organisation and leadership skills to delegate roles to the team of staff meant both nights were enacted successfully. From this experience I learnt a lot, including about myself, what gets me ticking, and gave me an appetite to go on and learn as much as I can in the inspiring world of events.
