Dinner Gala LCNI2019, Glasgow Science Centre

The Dinner Gala is the annual dinner reception during the LCNI Conference. It is a separate sub-event with around 350 attendees. I was heavily involved with all the logistics and coordination of the event from choosing the food, wine, decorations, arranging with the venue details such as the A/V, lighting, floorplan. Another duty I had was to organise the schedule of the night in order to run smoothly for everyone as well as organising the invitee lists. Every year we have a guest after-dinner speaker and this year we had the honour to have Mrs Kirsty Wark where I was responsible for the sourcing arrangements with the agency, her briefing as well as organising her transport.
