A film I made exploring Dante's 'Inferno' within a nightclub setting, championing the queer & rave scenes within Manchester and spotlighting local creatives. Made in response to my own catholic upbringing in a small town and the rejection of this once I became immersed in the creative queer scene within Manchester. Set at the Derby Brewery Arms, one of the city’s most iconic queer venues, the film highlights local performers from these communities while reclaiming outdated traditional religious values through unapologetic self-expression, sex-positivity, and challenging of gender norms. The film features garments from 12 small & sustainable emerging designers, styled by Lily Maguire. The music is an original track made with local producer AdomasLP, paying homage to The Trammps 1976 song of the same name.
