I was the content lead within the project team that was responsible for redesigning and implementing a new template for the official Disney.co.uk newsletter. The new template and new process cut down the production time by 10 hours and allowed for more testing and usability refinement. I was responsible for sending the newsletters out on a monthly basis. I managed the calendar, curated the content featured, analysing open and CTR rates to refine copy and content used. content.
