Led the development and design of content based on user needs, using GDS guidelines, for the site migration of BMA.org.uk (Launching later this year). Analysed member feedback, analytics, user stories and organisation goals to prioritise content that would be improved, and communicated recommendations with stakeholders. Collaborated with subject matter experts and user researchers to design, test and iterate new content with clear content and design patterns based on a prioritised list of user needs. Wrote on-brand, simplified content to GDS standards, produced guidelines, trained content producers in digital copy best practice and coordinated training workshops. Used Power BI, Google Analytics and Screaming Frog data reports to inform prioritisation of content to be deleted, edited or migrated to new platform as part of audit of 3000 pages. Increased content discoverability by analysing user testing and analytics data to create new information architecture (IA) that better fit with how users navigate the site.
