Disney Princess Site Redesign and Platform Migration

  • Kristyn Coutts

I project managed and led the content migration for the Disney Princess website from conception to launch and through to sustain. I was awarded the Disney Recognition Award for introducing Agile project management techniques to successfully lead a team of multi-skilled colleagues to a launch lean, audience-focused site. Our key focus was to create a character driven, immersive. mobile-optimised experience as we migrated the legacy Disney Princess site over to a new Disney-built global platform. The UK was the lead market and then the website was then rolled out across EMEA. The new website saw a significant increase in natural search rankings, audience engagement and an increase in dwell time.

I project managed and led the content migration for the Disney Princess website using Agile techniques.
