Diversity in Advertising

Together with another maverick in the industry, I worked on exploring the issue of Diversity in Advertising as part of my role at the Ideas Foundation. I worked making the film 'Diversity in Advertising', which asks the men and women behind some of the best adverts in the world why there's a dearth of black and ethnic minorities working in the industry, and what we can all do to change it.

To launch the film, we held an event at the IPA, with some of the most famous faces in advertising, including Magnus Djaba, CEO of Saatchi and Saatchi and Sir John Hegarty, Founder of BBH.
