Attracting, retaining and engaging a diverse mix of people, from drivers to managers, had become a challenge for Domino’s in a new era of food delivery. They needed to tell their story and differentiate themselves from their new competitors. The concept reflects the authentic energy, variety and sheer fun of working at Domino’s through visual storytelling and is anchored by the central multi-layered message ‘Greatness in the Making’. The winning combination of these elements tell targeted stories using unique illustrative graphics that build on the tone and style of the Americana masterbrand.
