#DoneWithDiversity

I’ve always been a visual learner. With every consultancy, presentation, talk or educational piece I do. Colour, typography and art is how I like to approach a lot of my work, especially around my #donewithdiversity campaign. I posted this on my Instagram and in a short amount of time, this has reached and been shared by thousands. When groups that are marginalised don’t get a seat at the table, but are continuously used as a lazy tick box exercise for brands to look good, or look like they’re they’re doing the job face value, it’s extremely frustrating. When you think we’re moving forward, we’re taking 10 steps back at the same time. We don’t need lip service and the fake face value token person. We need inclusion and genuine representation for diversity to work. That’s on and off camera, from board level down.
