Doyenne’s summer collection is about reclaiming spaces that have historically been male-dominated and ground for sexualisation and exclusion of women and queer people - such as mechanical workshops and car washes. This campaign is an ironical reminder that any space can become a place to be and that women and queer people are capable of each and every stunt. The collection takes inspiration from mechanic uniforms, enhanced by their signature pastel colours. It also includes trousers hand-crafted in two colours collaborating with the new-born London based brand Loutre.
