Dr.Oetker are the UK’s biggest and best loved baking brand. However, in the minds of the consumer, sadly this affection doesn’t stretch to the chocolate products the brand offers, which they see as simply ‘cooking’ or ‘fake’ chocolate. Instead, they choose to buy branded chocolate like Lindt, because they associate them with taste. Our challenge was to convince bakers to try Dr.Oetker chocolate because it not only tastes fantastic but creates an excellent finish too.
