In March 2021 Dua Lipa's career-defining album 'Future Nostalgia' turned 1. We wanted to create a celebratory moment for her fanbase and engage them in a creative way, while boosting CRM and streaming metrics. I came up with the idea of a week-long online treasure hunt, with a daily giveaway to be unlocked by a mystery word. The campaign had fans searching for clues all over the artist’s channels, from letters on the album’s Spotify Canvas to words in YouTube descriptions or a game of connect-the-dots on Instagram Story. The campaign yielded incredible results, bolstering streaming consumption and generating 68k mailing list sign ups in only a week, a 50% growth.
