E4 - RESET & REWIND

I was commissioned by E4 and creative agency TOAD London to create illustrations for an episode of Reset & Rewind, a series that explores mental health challenges presented by various U.K. artists and is made in partnership with the Maudsley NHS hospital. My episode is voiced and led by Miraa May who discusses how she deals with unhelpful thinking. Animation by Lily Shaul.
