When I first started working with Edge Retreats, it was my job to produce all the basic branding to get them started- such as the logo and business cards. I then designed all the editorial and print work and various animated MPU’s and advertisements.

The next stage was for me to redefine the User Experience. For this I produced personas and user journeys so that we could all see who the audience was, where they existed and what they really wanted. It allowed us to see that the typical user wanted pure luxury and a personalised, concierge service to match. This information proved invaluable. Armed with this new knowledge about the audience, a rebrand was launched. An image-led, extremely usable worldwide website was created and the brand values were more reflective of the clients vision.
