Element Youth Champions

Our Element Youth Champion programme recruits young people who have completed an Element project in the past to be co-facilitators with new groups. They are trained in facilitation and basic safeguarding and work alongside a member of the Element team to support other young people to get involved, and get creative! This is a paid work experience opportunity.
