This brief was a multi-diciplinary group project, in which we all produced our own collection of work and bulit a large final body of work from this. The application for the designs is interior prints, for furniture as well as wallpapers.
Our visual research came from wild flowers and overgrown gardens, from which we decided upon a colour palette. Getting across the essance of a mystical place in the designs was key. As well as referencing imagery I took inspiration from childhood films such as 'The Secret Garden' and 'FairyTale: A True Story'.
