ERIC Fest: Storytelling

In October 2019, I was invited by ERIC Festival to be a featured artist for their festival in collaboration with top publishers (Penguin Books , Hachette UK , and Pan Macmillan ) at Somerset House . Eric Festival is an organisation that helps propel young people into creative industries. I was very honoured to contribute by illustrating the front and back cover for the festival zine. This surreal artwork is a reflection of my young self, getting lost in the misty forest and the unknown future. The light shines through the opening book and leads a bright way out. It’s my appreciation of how reading books has helped me gain knowledge and inspiration, guiding me through lots of difficulties in life.
