Ethical Leadership Module for Mote Oo
I co-wrote a book-length module on ethical leadership for Myanmar-based education charity, Mote Oo Education. Mote Oo provides grassroots education to community groups across Southeast Asia.
Mote Oo works with community groups who are providing education in often very difficult circumstances. Working with my co-author, Dr. Hannah Stevens, we aimed to rethinking ethical leadership from the ground up, to provide a practical guide that was relevant to the concerns of these target groups. The module is currently being field-tested, and the initial response is very positive.
