Find a Future is a charity and parent company for The Skills Show, the UK’s largest annual skills and careers event attracting 75,000 young people over three days at the NEC, Birmingham.
Account management for 50 Have a Go Experience activity providers (per show) at The Skills Show over two annual shows. Developing content with providers to create inspiring and experiential hands on activities
Responsible for all operational and logistical elements of pre and onsite delivery for providers, including; collation of all health and safety information, build schedules and briefings
Project Management of The Skills Show on the Road, the UK wide roadshow campaign from concept to completion, including route planning and venue sourcing, permissions from local councils, innovative creation of coach refit to house activities, logistics and stakeholder engagement. Recruited, trained and managed a team of freelancers and volunteers to deliver the roadshow activity ensuring complete buy in to the ethos of The Skills Show
National Express relationship manager, contract negotiation and overall budget management of £80k for road show visiting a number of key locations across the UK
Creative planning and film production for 2013 marketing campaign “What’s Your Secret Skill?”, sourced and managed film crews, produced schedules and liaising with talent (Asa Butterfield, Caroline Flack et al) and Rankin’s photographic studio
Created imaginative experiences for a range of stakeholders at events including; high profile launches at The Gherkin and Millbank Tower, sponsor cultivation events, stakeholder briefing and networking events, staff engagements and training days across the UK
Managed volunteer and delegate registration systems and developed conference programme schedules
