I am part of the leadership team for a gothic (yes, gothic) football team that plays twice in year in Whitby against a local team, Stokoemotiv, raising funds for local charities as well as SOS Children's Villages and Willow Foundation. Formed in 2019, I am the 'admin lady' - setting up the Community Interest Company with HMRC, handling all the finances, ordering the kit, working with the charities, designing the logo, setting up all the social media channels and managing all the content. With our first game, we raised over £900 for one match which was split between SOS, Willow and the chosen charity for that match, Whitby & Scarborough Dog Rescue
