I am a passionate, enthusiastic project director who is known for ensuring a project is done on time, on budget and on brief - which will involve process (but not in the way of progress!), flexibility, creativity and fun.
After leaving Tribal, I chose to branch out and explore the world of freelance, learning, experiencing and sharing. Since setting up my own company, I have been able to do just so - setting up processes, developing teams, sharing my experience with junior team members.
Brought in to bring structure and process to the project management team including a resourcing tool for the current creative and design team and better organisation of the freelance capacities and hiring. Additionally, ensuring the account handlers were providing well written and well informed briefs to the teams.
From digital builds to digital campaigns to social media films to photo shoots, a six week contract turned into 5 years. Working on VW digital comms, I led the PM team helping the integration between the web team, but more importantly, the ATL team at Adam & Eve, ensuring creative ideas would work not only as an amazing TVC or print piece, but also in digital display, social and web. After handing over VW to the team I trained, I worked on new biz and internal projects - the highlight was winning the Lufthansa Summer Campaign, working with Tinder and working with Made For Social's production team shooting in Amsterdam and Budapest.
My masters is in Dance History - focusing on the development of rhythm tap in America through the biographies of Bunny Briggs, Sandman Simms and Brenda Buffalino
My bachelors is in Musical Theatre and Dance with minors in business, child psychology and education
