I was lucky to be involved in a first of its kind project for Fanta South Africa - a 13 week YouTube show called The Fanta Squad. I was responsible for the social media rollout plan and social media content execution for the entire show duration. This involved: - Mapping out each week's social media content - Aligning with various other agencies on media, PR and activation elements in order to create a fully integrated project rollout plan - Coming up with what the social media content would look and sound like - Writing the weekly social media posts for various platforms - Using reporting insights to optimise and make changes to the social media content weekly - Create content for the influencers to post weekly - Managing the influencers in terms of where to post their content and when - Running Twitter takeovers with the influencers to promote the show - Writing YouTube video titles and descriptions - Attending the film shoots to gather behind the scenes content The show completed season 1 at the end of September 2018 garnering over 3 million views across the episodes on the YouTube channel.
