This is an assignment based on identifying a new opportunity within an emerging market- Korea. In this project, I had to identify the emerging market, and think about a new product I wish to launch and the strategy that will take to enter into the Korean market. This project includes an overview of our chosen market, a PESTLE analysis/ SWOT highlighting the potential opportunity’s and risks for entering the market, as well as the strategic plan for the product. The product is an mobile app. Consumers can purchase their beauty product via this app. This app has skin analysis function (skin condition, skin age, skin type etc) where users can run a test by taking picture of their faces and the app will suggest a few products that are suitable for the users.
