Fashion Performance. Documenting MILK By Amy Ollett

A selection of images made to document the public fashion performance/presentation of 'MILK' collection By Amy Ollett. Amy Ollett is an Artist who uses her education in dance and fashion to explore movement. This collection uses repurposed and donated materials. Performance is an important element of Amy's Arts practice and this work and the process of documenting the collection forms part of Amy's data for research and reflection. I worked with Amy to photograph MILK across 3 occasions. These images show a selection of images made during the performance followed by some images of the rehearsals for this presentation. Performers Danielle and Federica. Amy saw my degree show work exhibited in 2017 and approached me to work with her on a project later that year. Subsequently, I have now photographed Amy's collections and performances on several occasions along with portraits of the artist herself.
