In this project I designed new logo for Fashion Scout and created new branding guidelines for digital and printed company assets. Fashion Scout is a global platform supporting emerging and established designers in promoting their work, organising fashion shows and training. The company is operating for more that 25 years now. Founder and director Martyn Roberts wanted the new branding to reflect changes in fashion industry, as well as to emphasise Fashion Scout’s diverse clientele. Company’s logo is usually used in all documentation, invitations and promotional graphics. Fashion Scout’s designers are diverse and representative of different backgrounds and aesthetics. The clean and minimal new logo design fits better with range of styles. As a Graphic Designer I was also responsible for creating press releases and invitations in style of new branding. Fashion Scout puts up two major events in the UK per year. Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer seasons - in September and February respectively. I designed graphics for signage and vinyls used at the events, and created a plan for placement of logos. The main goal of this plan was to make sure Fashion Scout and its sponsors and partners logos are placed in the most photographed areas. Fashion Scout’s guests, clients and staff shared photos taken during the event. This lead to increased social media traffic and brand awareness.
