Magazine design in response to the final major project unit. The magazine is based around the subject of patisserie. Using a case study interviewing a pastry chef, she talks about her earliest childhood memories in the kitchen to gaining her diploma as well as her current occupation in Central London. The idea behind this piece is to celebrate the craft and the art of this profession and to really highlight the honest truth on what it takes to become a Pastry Chef within such a competitive industry. Strong photography and typography combined to create and entice the readers as well as behind the scenes content.
