A deck of the work produced on the FLIPSIDE programme. Whereby a 3-month intensive was taken on by multiple agencies to teach us modules such as Research, UX/ UI & Prototyping. Some of these agencies among the likes of The BIO Agency, Beyond, Made by Many, Ustwo & Bytes. The brief was to develop a digital solution that'll make the job hunt a more positive learning experience for young people (potential candidates).

These were the final screens of our product. By the end of our design sprint, our final product dealt with the potential candidates by first addressing the employer. The app allows employers to review CVs and Candidate interviews. This is done by the app translating what the skills/features the employer feeds back on, into an email with clear, directional action points the candidate can take to move forward.
This addressed the pain points of the lack of time and ease of process for the employer when recruiting.
It creates a smoother, clearer and actionable process for the candidate. Thus making it more positive and enjoyable.
