Floom: Tone of Voice

I’ve been privileged enough to have worked with floom from the moment it first became an idea in founder Lana Elie's head.
One particularly rewarding brief was to prepare the tone of voice document for the brand, which will act as a foundation for all their communications as they grow. We have revisited and changed some aspects as the business has evolved but I think it's interesting to see these very early initial ideas that help actually get a business (now flying!) off the ground.
