Floreant Court

The Berkeley Group commissioned the construction of a residential development situated in the beautiful town of Sevenoaks, Kent. This collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments offers superlative luxury living in the heart of the rolling North Downs. The brief was to create a identity for the development by reconnecting it to Sevenoaks’ historic relevance, while maintaining a contemporary feel which would appeal to London commuters, couples and investors. While researching the rich history of the area, I discovered the town’s motto “Floreant Septum Quercus” – which translates to “May the Seven Oaks Flourish“. I drew inspiration from the motto to come up with the name Floreant Court as I feel it reflects the architectural features of the property and encapsulates Sevenoaks’ as a whole with its many features such as the great parks and the fast travel links to Central London – to the vast array of local amenities, schools, bars and restaurants.
