Improving the flight booking process for online holiday makers
I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed a Professional Diploma in UX Design through the UX Institute, achieving a score average of 90% across exam and coursework assessments!
Through this course, I learned and practiced techniques involved at all stages of the UX process, including A/B testing, Competitive Benchmarking, Usability Testing, Online Surveys, Affinity Diagrams, Customer Journey Maps, Annotating and more.
The coursework involved implementing my learnings from the course into my own UX project, to produce a high-fidelity prototype for a hypothetical airline booking process, using Figma. Please see below for the Homepage and Loading screen states on various devices.
I very much enjoyed the process of learning and creating a UX product, and I look forward to applying this knowledge and experience into future projects and roles!
