As part of the marketing strategy for the Dishtag platform I have created and executed a series of successful food photography workshop events together with partner restaurants. During these events foodies would learn basic notions and tips on how to take great photos of food with their mobile phone. I have curated the entire project from the initial idea to the final execution: This included event production, managing relationship with partner restaurants, design of the marketing collateral, ticketing system management, crowd control, event rundown and suppliers management.
