As the largest online food delivery service in the world, Delivery Hero is in constant need for riders and couriers to deliver their food. In order to make this job as attractive as possible I was tasked to lead and create the brand strategy for an employer courier brand that would fit multiple entities of DH. We globally redefined the look and feel of our design assets, changed our content from scripted ads into more authentic documentary style versions and vowed to make our couriers the only true spokespeople for the job.
