Inkpact has created a tech platform where brands can upload messages, which the company writes out with real ink and paper for direct marketing. Inkpact, which claims customers like Unilever, Mr & Mrs Smith and Moet Hennessy, is also working on a Salesforce app with machine learning and recipient profiling.
