    I was responsible for growing the contributor network in Europe. I recruited 400 writers over 9 months across 28 countries, was responsible for building the Forbes brand and managed the set up of the London bureau. I project managed the programming for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Amsterdam event for list makers and attendees (600), produced and launched the ‘Winning At Work’ podcast and managed our internship programme and freelancers. I built and managed the editorial team in Europe liaising with stakeholders on editorial planning and delivery on a daily basis. I commissioned global stories across written content and edited the Europe and U.S. homepages. I delivered quarterly contributor events and pitched the contributor model to external stakeholders.

I was responsible for the planning and day to day running of the business, implementing processes across the team, including creative reporting, managing our U.S. intern programme and all HR related matters.
