During the harsh white-out periods where the explorer is confined to their tent for several days on end, they can put up these old traditional paintings, scenic images of the English countryside, or even a photograph of their beloved family members. These silk ‘windows’ are lightweight and fold up into nothing for easy transportation. They are packaged with typical Fortnum and Mason sensitivity; in branded, light and delicate tissue paper, and finished with a wax seal.
