The GAL PAL app that I have designed provides a learning and community space to open up taboo conversations surrounding women’s health and lifestyle. It also enables users to track their cycle throughout the month to help them get a better understanding of their body and their hormones. App users can shop GALs selection of period underwear, and the products recommended will be tailored to their flow.
