GbeBodi cards

Illustration job I just completed recently as part of an ongoing series of covers for a card drinking game. Clients wanted something that would be reminiscent of growing up in Nigeria. First image is the final submission, second image was the first sample. I quite like the second because it had a lot more detail but client wanted simple and straight to the point so we got rid of the headlights, bumpers, reflective tape and went for a less realistic scene, making the colour scheme monochromatic. A nod to the danfo experience was enough for them. Proud of this one, it meant that I over-delivered which better than under-delivering, haha.
