Gender Diversity

Diversity is a personal passion of mine, and I strongly believe in the importance of diversity to a rounded and well running team. I partnered with 50inTech to support and empower our female employees and single handedly achieved a gender equality score of 83% using their deep dive equality investigation. As a result of the partnership and my other efforts towards diversity, I increased the gender diversity by 10% in 12 months.
