About me
I am a self-assured and industrious HR lead with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. My change management experience is extensive, and I take pride in my enthusiastic approach to all tasks. I have been solely responsible for every core aspect of HR, including overseeing all ER cases for multiple sectors and implementing a full rewards and benefits package. I am adept at working independently or collaboratively and am seeking a progressive and motivated team to continue building my career with.
Projects
- Gender DiversityDiversity is a personal passion of mine, and I strongly believe in the importance of diversity to a rounded and well running team. I partnered with 50inTech to support and empower our female employees and single handedly achieved a gender equality score of 83% using their deep dive equality investigation. As a result of the partnership and my other efforts towards diversity, I increased the gender diversity by 10% in 12 months. You can read more about my work here; https://recycleye.com/recyc
