"A special events to promote the Agency" The communication plan is a tool used by an organization to program its communication actions over a defined period of time. Very often the communication plan is elaborated when the strategic decisions have already been taken by the administrators of any “Operational Reality”: therefore it is a “thought-out” tool. The communication plan is used to order, develop and use the resources (human, instrumental, economic) necessary to achieve the objectives of the “Operational Reality”. Through the communication plan it is possible to organize in sequence logical objectives, strategies and tools intended to convey the messages that the Operative Reality intends to reach the different subjects with whom it wants to get in touch. The development of the communication plan is also an opportunity to build a reasoned and interrelated map of what must be done, who should do it, with what resources.
