Images conceived and shot for the new menu launch at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. The drinks were created using leftover products from the hotel itself – from fruit waste to pastries. The shoot concept was to feature both the drink and its key re-used ingredient in each image, while thematically creating an Ikebana-esque sculpture that somehow called back to the Scottish landscape surrounding the hotel.
