Responsibilities:
- Managing all editorial content and participating in the entire production cycle of digital content for globalcool.org
- Managing a team of freelance writers, and working with a number of contributors from the worlds of commercial marketing, PR, music, entertainment, celebrity engagement, journalism and media.
- Using SEO in order to maximise impact of messages and increase traffic.
- Liaising with partners and potential sponsors.
- Keeping Trustees up to date with progress of digital engagement strategy and ensuring we meet targets.

Achievements:
- Created bespoke content increasing readership to over 35,000 unique views per month (50% increase)
- Doubled engagement with web users on globalcool.org (compared to previous year’s averages).
- Raised IPM to three times higher than the previous year’s averages.
- Increased marketing reach to over 80,000 (doubled previous year’s figure).
