Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is the world’s largest celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch start-ups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare. It takes place every year in the third week of November; thousands of events and competitions worldwide in over 170 countries where millions of people gather and be inspired to engage in entrepreneurial activities. At United World College Maastricht I took the chance to coordinate the closing day of the event in collaboration with Maastricht University. The event attracted over 100 people for case studies workshops and speeches, including a presentation by the brand Tony Chocolonely.
