  • Fiona Art

I have some online class today with a lovely lady Shauna and we used PVA glue and water mix as our pouring medium. So I had some paints left and decided to do a reverse flower dip with them and I am thrilled with the result. Technique: Reverse flower dip with paper napkin, Flower chapped desert cup bottom pour Process: - Pour your base on canvas - Put your cup on the canvas with bottom up - Pour paints on the bottom and use pearl white or some metallic paints between to create petal - lacing effect - Take off the cup - Use skewer to draw some flower shapes - Gently put paper napkin on canvas ( You can use dry or damped napkin) - Lift one corner at the time and then gently lift it (the middle last) - Torch it for air bubbles and to activate pearl white - And here is your flower :) Colours I used: - Boesner titanium white - Pearl white - Maimieri light gold - Arties colours alizarian crimson - Amsterdam naples yellow red hue light - Rayher metallic pink - Amsterdam permanent blue violet - Artina magenta - Maimieri gold yellow My pearl white mixture: 1 part Vallejo pearl medium 1 part titanium white 2 parts pouring medium All my paints are mixed with PVA glue and water (60% : 40%) If you are interested in online classes, you can contact me via Facebook Fiona Art or email zemljicr@gmail.com.
