At Goodhood, my role involved creating everything visual needed for and the physical store. This included:
- Art Direction: Creating and directing concepts and shoots for product and features
- Design: Designing layouts, use of typography for web and features while keeping a consistent brand message
- Email marketing and CRM: building, designing and deploying customer newsletters
- Copywriting: For product descriptions, promotional, news posts and features
- Shoot production: Booking models and photographers
- Styling: Occasionally styling models and sets
- Retouching: Product imagery and shoots
- PR: Preparing imagery and press releases to be send out
- SEO: Making sure all content was SEO friendly
- UI/UX: Ensuring the customer journey was as easy and understandable

- AdminRetail: Custom software for dealing with stock and trade
- Mailer: Custom built for newsletters
- Custom CMS for features, promotions, etc
