For many years Google's recruitment line was 'Do cool things that matter', but this didn't give enough insight into the mindset Google wanted potential candidates to have.
After flying to Mountain View, CA and meeting with the Google recruitment team, followed by another workshop in London, Joe ultimately presented Google with a new manifesto and tone of voice that culminated in the line: Bring Questions. Build Answers.
Google adopted this line, using it throughout its recruitment materials and as the thought to spearhead a complete rebrand of the Google Careers platform.
Joe worked alongside UX specialists, designers and developers to completely rethinkhttps://careers.google.com/, and in this time he crafted every inch of copy on the site.
