Graduate Collection at Graduate Fashion Week 2017

This was the collection I created for my final year collection during my degree in Fashion Design at Nottingham Trend university. I was inspired by 17th & 18th century painted photos of Geishas & prostitutes; to the untrained eye they look extremely similar but the finer details reveal their differences. The realities of their lives are a stark contrast.
