To create a press and celebrity event for GT Magazine to launch their new look and celebrate 30 years in publishing.
Duties Included:
• Sponsorship packages creation, sell-in and negotiation with potential sponsors
• Stakeholder management
• Event collateral creation
• Budget monitoring of £30k sponsorship
• Venue sourcing, liaison and negotiation
• Guest list management i.e. invites to celebrities, VIP’s, press and additional guests
• Goody bag fulfilment: creating 250 goody bags worth over £250 each
• Ensuring event was on-brand via liaison with marketing and advertising depts at GT
• Venue dressing
• Briefing external PR firm
• On the night management incl. 30+ event and venue staff
• Client post evaluation
